Bihar workers are safe in Tamil Nadu

 

A few days ago, information and a video went viral on social media that Bihar and Northern workers were being attacked in Tamil Nadu. This led to criticism from various quarters that workers in other states were not provided protection in Tamil Nadu.

Is the video spread on social media true? Isn't it? A research team from Bihar came to investigate. During the investigation, it was confirmed that the information that the northerners were being attacked in Tamil Nadu was false. Bihar IAS then met state workers, traders and association executives. Officer Balamurugan told reporters:-

The context here shows that the video on the social networking site is definitely fake. In Coimbatore and Tirupur, we met and talked with the North State workers. There is no confusion. Today in Chennai we met the Bihar State Association and the workers and asked if there is any impact. As soon as the video came out, the Tamil Nadu government acted quickly and put an end to this problem.

Tamilnadu government officials have given us good cooperation. I was a little scared after watching the video. But now that fear is gone. Everything became clear. We have informed them that it is a fake video and that workers are protected in Tamil Nadu not to believe it. We have established full confidence. We will prepare a full report of the information obtained from the Bihar state workers during this study and submit it to the government.
